The executive members of SB Equities have a collective tenure of over 60 years in the commercial real estate industry and, individually, all have had direct ownership of real estate for at least the past 10 years.
Robert Brehmer
Bob is one of the founding members of SB Equities, bringing over 25 years of real estate experience. As a principal, he is involved in all aspects of the company’s operations and overall direction but has particular expertise in development, land assemblage, property management and deal structure.
William Sadataki
Bill is one of the founding members of SB Equities and has been actively involved in both real estate brokerage and ownership for over 20 years. In addition to being involved in the overall operations and direction of the company, Bill specifically focuses on marketing and leasing initiatives as well as capital activities and relationships.
Alec Pacella
Alec joined SB Equities in early 2008 after previously serving as Regional Director of the Cleveland market for First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR). His primary responsibilities include acquisition and disposition activities as well as asset management.
