Robert Brehmer, CCIM
Bob is one of the founding members of SB Equities, bringing over 25 years of real estate experience. As a principal, he is involved in all aspects of the company’s operations and overall direction but has particular expertise in development, land assemblage, property management and deal structure.
Bob is currently the managing partner of NAI Daus, which is a full-service brokerage firm in Cleveland, of which he has been a principal since 1996. Previous to this, he was a Vice President at Grubb & Ellis in Cleveland, where he specialized in land and industrial brokerage. Earlier in his career, he was a leasing representative with Cleveland-based Chase Properties and a Vice President with Cleveland-based Developer’s Diversified Realty (NYSE: DDR).
Bob is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a licensed broker in the State of Ohio. He attended Kent State University.
