Alec Pacella, CCIM
Alec joined SB Equities in early 2008 after previously serving as Regional Director of the Cleveland market for First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR). His primary responsibilities include acquisition and disposition activities as well as asset management.
Alec is a Senior Vice President with NAI Daus, where he specializes in investment sales of institutional-grade assets. Prior to his role with First Industrial, he spent 12 years at Grubb & Ellis, where he was a perennial top producer in the investment division. He started his career at the former Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation.
Alec is a member of the teaching cadre for the CCIM Institute and a monthly writer for Properties Magazine. He is a guest lecturer for Youngstown State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree and is a Distinguished Alumni. He subsequently earned his MBA. He also serves on the board of directors for the Beck Center in Lakewood, where he chairs the Real Estate Committee.
